Shamanic Journey to Meet Your Spirit Guides - January 25th, 2025
Event Date: January 25th, 2025 from 2pm to 4pm at the Spirit2Spirit facility (address and detailed directions will be sent with your confirmation email after registration).
Join Sonia at Spirit2Spirit, home of Resonance Healing, for a guided meditation into the woods where she will lead you through a shamanic journey to meet your spirit guides and receive any messages they have for you.
The event will be held indoors. Please dress comfortably. Bring any pillows, blankets, yoga mats, etc if you prefer to lay down. Seating will be provided.
The event will begin with a guided meditation to connect to nature, tree spirit, and ourselves through grounding and shielding techniques. We will then begin our journey, and we will end with an opportunity for sharing and reflection.
